Cleo was awarded Best of Breed at the first N.S.W. Sighthound Club Championship Show from the Puppy class and an entry of over 70 Italians by respected Sighthound Specialist Mr. Bo Bengston. Shortly thereafter she suffered a broken leg and was retired from showing and became a mother, Producing four Champion children. After being asked by trainee judges at a breed lecture why dont you show this one? We thought why not and at 6 years of age Cleo quickly gained the required points for her Australian Champion title against younger opposition.
